ETHICALLY MADE
All our products are crafted in woman-owned studios located in Poland. Our unwavering dedication lies
in long-term sustainability and responsible practices. Ethical manufacturing is, and will always be, our top priority as we continue to expand our business.
We are deeply committed to both social and environmental responsibility, carefully selecting partners who share this commitment. Together with
our clients, we strive for responsible consumption
and the cultivation of sustainable purchasing habits.
CERTIFIED FABRICS
We are committed to using in our projects fabrics, yarns and accessories produced in Europe only,
to the highest social and environmental standards.
We choose fabrics that are made with the use
of modern production techniques, ensuring the lowest possible water consumption. We respect you
and your skin, we don’t wear synthetic fabrics ourselves, so we don’t use them in our clothes.
NO PLASTIC
We are dedicated to completely eliminating plastic from our packaging and shipping process.
When you receive your order, it will be carefully packed in a cardboard box and a sturdy envelope, both made from recycled paper. We ensure that not a single gram of plastic is included in your packaging.
AGELESS DESIGN
Our ethos is a timeless silhouette and thoughtful usability. This idea guides us at every stage
of the design process, which results in clothes devoid of artificiality and excess. Less really is more.
We design with the intention that the clothes will serve you throughout your life. Our aesthetics are timeless, go beyond trends, and our production ensures durability and longevity.
The Full Story
SLOW FASHION
MADE IN SMALL BATCHES.
ASME was created in Gdynia, a modernist port city in Poland, at the heart of Europe.
My grandmother, Ula, was a skilled tailor who introduced me to the art of sewing
from my earliest memories. Ula, leaning over her old sewing machine, and a little girl sitting beside her, focused on hand-sewing clothes for a Barbie doll – it’s a postcard from my childhood.
I received the ‘Łucznik,’ a vintage sewing machine with almost four decades of history,
from my grandmother when I was a teenager. It’s on this machine that the prototypes
for all the clothing designs you see in this store come to life.
My workshop has long been a place for friends and family, and I wanted it to be something more. A conscious fashion business with a strong foundation of transgenerational knowledge.
A transparent space with affordable design, quality materials, and ethical practices.
